Select a knee wall model with win­dows for added pri­vacy, or a full-glass model for a com­plete and unob­structed view uti­liz­ing fold­ing glass walls. A solar sun­room struc­ture can be a grow­ing space, a greenhouse..a lap pool enclo­sure, a spa room, a lounge area or a place to just kick back..Sunrooms can be cus­tomized to fit any appli­ca­tion. The roof sys­tem can be framed and insu­lated or we can incor­po­rate high effi­ciency S.I.P. pan­els.. S.I.P. pan­els come in a vari­ety of thick­nesses and  spec­i­fi­ca­tions, there are also roof foam pan­els 4″ to 10″ inches thick that have fin­ished alu­minum skins or OSB plyboard.

Most of our year round post and beam wood struc­tures are made of struc­tural glu — lams.. glu — lams are man­u­fac­tured  from 2 x 4’s, 2 x 6’s, or 2 x 8’s  struc­tural #1 dou­glass fir wood. They are lam­i­nated and glued together..which makes for a very sta­ble and extremely strong struc­tural build­ing mate­r­ial.. Many struc­tural engi­neers approve build­ing with glu –lams because of their supe­rior strength. When treated and fin­ished with the stain of your choice, the fin­ish is extremely rich and stun­ning.. In our opin­ion there’s really no bet­ter alter­na­tive for the price..when build­ing a post and bean struc­ture, the cor­rect build­ing method is to uti­lize an alu­minum glaz­ing sys­tem where the glass never touches the wood..
 
Foam panel roofs offer super insu­lat­ing qual­i­ties, some have embossed alu­minum skins on both sides and the exte­rior side can be shin­gled to match your exist­ing roof. This is a very bud­get minded option. Roof styles can be designed in lean to con­fig­u­ra­tions, which is your least expen­sive option or in eye catch­ing Gable A style con­fig­u­ra­tions with a vaulted inte­rior ceil­ing as well…
Walls can also be framed or built with S.I.P pan­els to achieve the best R-factor for insu­lat­ing qual­ity.
